Payment Policy

All prices are in US Dollars. We will accept payment via the following payment methods:

All sales shipping to addresses in the state of IL are subject to 8.75% sales tax. Artisan Technology Group reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. Quotations are valid for 30 days. Availability of equipment is subject to prior sale. All items include our 30-Day standard guarantee. All sales subject to Artisan Technology Group’s standard conditions and policies.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. You may remit payment by credit card using our Secure Payment Form at our website.

Purchase Orders

Net 30 days with approved credit. Please see our Establishing Credit Policy page. If approved for credit account, purchase orders must include “Per Terms in Quotation” or "Per Artisan Technology Group Terms and Conditions"

Checks

We accept personal or business checks only in US dollars. Please make checks or money orders payable to "Artisan Technology Group." The Buyer will be responsible for any returned or unpaid check charges, which would include a $25 per NSF check and/or applicable attorney fees for cost of collection. We reserve the right to wait for payment to clear before shipping purchases made by check.

PayPal

We only accept PayPal transactions up to $1,000.00 from PayPal Verified Users. We will only ship to your PayPal Confirmed Address in the US or Canada.

Payments by International Buyers

Artisan Technology Group does not accept credit card or PayPal payments for international purchases.

Wire Transfers

We can accept wire transfer payments for most transactions. Please contact us for our bank information to send payments by Wire Transfer. Funds must be in US Dollars and there will be a $10 processing fee for Domestic wire transfers, $25 fee for International wire transfers.
