Employs a high-sensitivity mass analyzer tuned to helium-4 atomic mass for leak detection down to 10^-12 mbar·l/s range. Features integrated turbomolecular pump for creating test vacuum, roughing pump for initial evacuation, and calibrated helium leak for system verification. Interfaces with test objects via standard vacuum flanges, provides analog/digital leak rate outputs, and includes audible/visual leak indicators. Commonly used for quality control testing of vacuum chambers, sealed components, refrigeration systems, and semiconductor equipment. ## Images - - - -
