Description

The Leybold 80, 90, 250, 350, 450 Series Turbolab Turbomolecular Pump Systems are turnkey vacuum units for pumping vacuum vessels to pressures in the high-vacuum range with sealed lifetime ceramic ball bearings equipped with a thermal switch which switches off the Turbovac if the permissible temperature is exceeded. Clean gases or air can be pumped at speeds ranging from 0.7 to 30 cubic meters per hour. The backing pumps can be Trivac, a two-stage rotary vane pump, Sogevac, a single stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pump, Scrollvac, a dry compressing scroll pump, and Divac, a two to four-stage, oil-free diaphragm pump. A Turbo Pressure Unit controls, configures and monitors the Turbomolecular Pump System. In the Turbolab 80, 90, 250, 350, 450 Series the ultimate pressure ranges from 8x10-8 to 5x10-10 millibar
