This RadiSys EPC-2 386 Embedded Computer - 20 MHz Processor is used, and in excellent condition. This controller was also distributed by Tektronix as model number EPC2. It can also be referred to as the ECV-2.

Description

What is the difference between the RadiSys EPC-2 and EPC-2e (revised model)?
• The EPC-2x allows the use of one plug-in EXM module.
• The EPC-2 contains two built-in serial ports, while the EPC-2x contains one.
• The EPC-2 has a standard DB-25 parallel printer port. The EPC-2x uses a special miniature connector and an adapter cable.
• The EPC-2 allows the use of an add-on EPC-2AM module.
• The revised model allows access to jumpers through the top, bottom, and back panels, while the older model required removal of the side panels to access the jumpers.
• The revised model supports optional use of flat-panel displays.
• The revised model contains an IDE (integrated device electronics) hard disk instead of a SCSI disk.
• The battery in the revised model is field replaceable.
• The BIOS setup screens are different.
