Fluke / Wavetek 1370 12MHz VXI Sweep/Function Generator

The Wavetek Model 1370 is a three function (sine, triangle, square] C size VXI Programmable Sweep/Function Generator. It can operate as a continuous, triggered, gated or burst signal source at output amplitudes up to 20 Vpp. Additionally, the Model 1370 can be programmed for dc and external width (two level output determined by external signal and programmable trigger reference level). It has bi-directional frequency sweep capability within tie frequency range of .01 Hz and 12 MHz, with either linear or logarithmic sweep characteristic. The output level is specified from 10 mV to 10 Vpp into 50Ω termination, and 20 mV to 20 Vpp into an open circuit with 3.5 digits of resolution. Offset can be programmed to vary the waveform's base line up to ±1OV, or in the dc function, vary the dc output. The function output is protected from external overvoltages up to 100V peak. Activation of the protection circuit sets error status bits monitored by the VXI controller. Control of the sweep/function generator adheres to the SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) industry standard language for remote instrument programming.
