Description

The Analogic xSDAS-xx Series Data Acquisition Boards are high speed, multifunction, plug-in data acquisition boards for the IBM PC/AT and compatibles. These boards contain a multimode 12- or 16- bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with sixteen input channels. two 12-bit digital-to-analog (DAC) output channels with optional 32K sample DAC input buffer memory, a multi-configuration 16-bit parallel digital I/0 (DIO) port, and a flexible mu1ticham1el timer for triggering and pacing. Data from the ADCs is collected in a 128- sample FIFO memory area for data buffering. All data transfers to and from the DAS may be program-driven or Yia Direct Memory Access (DMA). All functions are contained in a single, full-length. PC/AT bus-compatible board and are fully software programmable. The board's base address, interrupt service level, and DMA addresses are fully jumper-selectable.
