Description

The IET / General Radio 1689/1689M Precision Digibridge RLC Testers are sophisticated, microprocessor controlled testers that bring new levels of flexibility, simplicity and accuracy to RLC measurement. They are high performance automated testers with a range of programmable test frequencies and test voltages, as well as automatic limit comparison, automatic parameter selection, remote programmability, automatic binning, and automatic zeroing. The versatile, adaptable test fixture, lighted keyboard, and informative display panel make these Digibridge testers convenient to use. Measurement results are clearly shown with decimal points and units, which are automatically presented to assure correctness. Display resolution is 5 full digits for R, L, and C (4 full digits for D, Q, Rs with Cs, and Rp with Cs). Notice that Rs is also known as ESR (equivalent series resistance).
