Description

The Extreme Engineering Solutions XPedite6244 NXP MPC7448 Power Architecture Processor-Based AMC Module a high-performance AMC single board computer. With an NXP (formerly Freescale) MPC7448 Power Architecture processor running at up to 1.4 GHz, the XPedite6244 is ideal for the high-bandwidth processing requirements of today's blade and general computing applications.

A Marvell Discovery III system controller provides a high-performance communications channel between the processor, a DDR SDRAM interface, two SFP Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, a USB port, a SATA controller, and a two-port Gigabit Ethernet controller. The XPedite6244 supports up to 1 GB of local DDR memory.
