Description

The Keysight / SenarioTek e-trak Smart RF Switch Matrices dramatically reduces the errors caused by repeatability of switches, drift of components over temperature and time, and changes in cables due to temperature and movement. Typical applications for the e-trak include RFIC test, satellite payload test, thermal and vacuum chamber test, and test of multiport DUTs and phased arrays. The e-trak significantly reduces the need for calibrating the ATE system by monitoring and correcting the calibration errors due to temperature drift, change of RF cables and connectors, switch repeatability and system errors. This is especially important for Satellite payload test due to the sensitivity of these test systems to TVAC environment as well as tight performance specifications.
