Condition and Warranty Information

For the equipment listed on our website, we make every effort to accurately describe the condition of equipment so our customers have as much information as possible to make an informed purchasing decision. Our intention is to minimize the guesswork when purchasing equipment and assist our customers in acquiring the equipment they need efficiently and economically.

We categorize equipment into several condition and warranty groupings as listed below:

Condition
Brand New Equipment provided in manufacturer's packaging with all accessories and documentation.
New from Surplus Stock Equipment is unused from old stock.
Like-New / Demo Equipment is either unused or lightly used.  
Manufacturer Refurbished Equipment was refurbished from the manufacturer.
Used and in Excellent Condition Equipment is in average to above average physical condition with normal wear as indicated in stock item description.
Used and in Good Condition Equipment is in average physical condition with signs of moderate wear as indicated in stock item description.
Used and in Fair Condition Equipment is in below average physical condition and shows significant wear as indicated in stock item description.
Parts Grade / As-Is Equipment may be missing parts required to function and potential for major cosmetic damage, condition unknown, or as specified in stock item description.


Warranty
90-Day Warranty with 30-Day Inspection Period 30-Day Inspection Period: If an item you purchased from Artisan Technology Group doesn't fit your application requirements, you may return the equipment within 30 days of receiving the equipment, provided the equipment is returned in the same condition as was originally sent.

90-Day Warranty: The 90-Day warranty covers the item for any kind of issue that was not pre-existing and mentioned in the Stock Item Description and also starts the day the item is delivered. Evaluation of the item and formal request for an RMA number from Artisan Technology Group initiation must be completed within this 90-Day time limit. Once warranty is granted RMA must be completed AND ITEM SHIPPED within 10 business days or warranty return will not be accepted. When the item has been received, the following solutions will be evaluated at the discretion of Artisan Technology Group:

1. Repair
2. Replacement
3. Refund

**Please contact Customer Service prior to shipping the item back, RMA must be filled out and included with return materials or return will NOT be accepted.**

All equipment returns require an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for (10) business days after issuance. Shipments sent to Artisan Technology Group without a valid or current RMA number will be returned at customer's expense.

Once warranty is granted RMA must be completed AND ITEM SHIPPED within 10 business days or warranty will not be accepted. No Warranty with 5-Day Inspection Period 5-Day Inspection Period: If an item you purchased from Artisan Technology Group doesn't fit your application requirements or for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of the item's purchase price upon formal request for an RMA number from Artisan Technology Group within 5 days of receiving the equipment, provided the equipment is returned in the same condition as was originally sent.

No Warranty Artisan Technology Group will not accept returns for equipment designated "No Warranty".
Manufacturer's Warranty Warranty is provided by the manufacturer.


Functionality Testing

The equipment Artisan Technology Group makes available for purchase is tested to within the capabilities of the engineers and technicians in our On-Site Service Center. Equipment evaluations performed by our Service Center can vary depending on our currently available resources and capabilities. It is the ultimate responsibility of the customer to evaluate and qualify the equipment for their application.

As a benefit to our customers, we offer an industry-leading inspection period and warranty. Most all of our equipment includes a 90-Day Warranty with 30-Day Inspection Period. The inspection period allows our customers sufficient time to perform their own equipment evaluations.
