Establishing Credit


Credit account will be established with the following guidelines:

  • Businesses requesting credit account must have a Dun & Bradstreet number registered in the business name
  • Buyer must have Dun & Bradstreet Paydex score minimum of 70
  • Purchases cannot exceed Dun & Bradstreet recommended Conservative Credit Limit
  • Businesses must have been established for a minimum of 5 years with at least $2M in gross sales annually

Credit terms are extended to firms who can furnish acceptable credit references and financial statements necessary to establish an open account. Credit accounts may be suspended or cancelled based on late payment or non-payment. Artisan Technology Group reserves the right to cancel or refuse any credit account for any reason.

Customers are invoiced on the date of shipment, and payment is due within 30 days of invoicing. In case of late payment, a 1.5% interest charge is added to the unpaid balance (18% per annum). The Buyer agrees to pay attorney's fees or collection costs added to invoice for delinquent accounts. All purchase orders must include the purchase order number, indicate quantity, item number, unit cost for each item along with the shipping and billing address. We also require your purchase order to include a point of contact person with phone number. Accounts must be current before new orders will be shipped.
