The Basler ace Series Area Scan Cameras offer high quality and performance, and small cases with 29 mm x 29 mm as well as 30 x 40 mm footprints. This combination makes the ace one of the top-selling cameras, with thousands of satisfied customers. The Basler ace cameras are manufactured with various resolutions and speeds as well as a range of interfaces and sensors from all leading manufacturers.

High-speed machine vision camera capturing 1.3MP monochrome images at 60fps using global and rolling shutter CMOS sensor. Performs synchronous image acquisition via GigE Vision interface with Power over Ethernet support. Hardware triggering enables precise external event synchronization. GenICam-compliant control allows exposure, gain, ROI, and binning adjustments. Processes 8-bit or 12-bit pixel data with gamma correction and lookup tables. Supports GPIO for strobe output and status signaling. Common applications include automated optical inspection, robotics guidance, quality control, and dimensional measurement in industrial environments.
