Brooks Instrument 0151AAE2A11A Flow Computer Overview

Features:

  • Compatible with Gas and Liquid Thermal Mass Flowmeters, Controllers and Pressure Controllers
  • Provides +15Vdc and -15Vdc Supply and 0-5Vdc Command Signal (0151E)
  • Provides a +24Vdc Supply and (0)4-20mA Command Signal (0151i)
The Brooks Instrument 0151E and 0151i Series Flow Computers are designed to work with the gas and liquid thermal mass flowmeters and thermal mass flow controllers and pressure controllers.
Two versions are manufactured: 0151E and 0151i. The 0151E provides +15Vdc and -15Vdc supply and 0-5Vdc command signal to the flowmeters and accepts a 0-5Vdc flow signal. The 0151i provides a +24Vdc supply and (0)4-20mA command signal to the flowmeters and accepts either a 4-20mA or 0-20mA flow signal. Programmable high and low flow alarms are also available.

Both versions are microprocessor based and are fully programmable.

The Brooks Instrument 0151AAE2A11A Flow Computer may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Single-channel flow computer that processes signals from a mass flow meter/control to compute instantaneous flow rate and accumulated total, with panel-mount enclosure and 110 VAC power. Interfaces to the MFC via 0-5 VDC input and provides +/-15 VDC drive to the MFM/MFC; configured with hardware revision A and software revision A; no options.
