The 454FTB Series supports process temperatures from -40°C to 260°C and from -40°C to 500°C, process pressure ratings up to 300 PSIG, and a velocity range from 0 to 24,000 SFPM.

Functions
Measures gas flow velocity and temperature in pipelines and ducts using thermal dispersion technology with dual RTD sensors. Provides direct mass flow measurement with temperature compensation from 0-260°C. Features dual 4-20mA isolated outputs for flow and temperature transmission. Operates on DC power with local display and keypad interface. Insertion probe design with 9-inch support allows hot-tap installation without process shutdown. Calibrated for air velocity up to 1000 SFPM at 15 PSIA and 400°F conditions. Suitable for combustion air, flare gas, and industrial process gas monitoring applications requiring high-temperature operation.
