The Schneider Electric / Eurotherm / SSD Drives 650 Series AC Inverters provide simple, compact, and low-cost speed control for 3-phase induction motors. It operates as an Open-loop Inverter (V/F Fluxing). Standard features include preprogramed applications, integral EMC filters (up to 7.5 kW), and options for local or remote mountable operator controls - all designed to simplify set-up, installation and operation.

The Eurotherm 6511/RS232/00 Controller Module may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
