The 506 series tables are multi-functional linear tables used in industrial automation applications such as parts transfer, fluid dispensing, and light duty machining. The top carriage and supporting base structure are constructed of high strength aluminum alloy and are protected with an anodized surface finish. The top and bottom mounting surfaces are precision ground to assure flatness. Threaded mounting holes are fitted with locking steel threaded inserts to prevent mounting bolts from working loose.

The linear bearing system utilizes two centerless ground round rails as bearing ways to support four recirculating ball bearing carriage bushings. The drive train is a rolled ballscrew that incorporates a preloaded dual nut design to virtually eliminate any backlash.

The Parker 506041S-LH Linear Stage may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
