  • Pumps Differ with Regards to Their Intake Flange
  • TPH Pumps: ISO-K Flanges
  • TPU Pumps: CF-F Flanges
The Pfeiffer Vacuum / Balzers TPH 060 / TPU 060 Turbo Molecular Pumps are of identical design. They only differ with regards to their intake flange. The TPH pumps features ISO-K flanges and TPU pumps features CF-F flanges. The TPU pumps is manufactured with heating jacket as a standard feature. The ball bearing is equipped with a circulation lubrication system.
