Keysight / Agilent / HP 81000VI ST Connector Interface Overview
Features:
- Interfaces to Agilent Optical Modules
- Some Connectors Compatible with PC and APC Interfaces (Depending on Model)
This is Agilent's most used optical interface that universally accepts their 81000xI series adapters. This allows one to change the connector topology (FC to SC for example) by just replacing the adapter. It is (physically) a 14mm threaded ring with a 2.5mm metal-jacketed fiber ferrule in its center.
