Closely Controlled Agitation from 25 to 500 rpm
Microprocessor stabilizes rate to 1rpm of setpoint. Includes proportional/integral feedback loop to compensate instantly for normal voltage fluctuations, changes in workload or unbalanced loading. Triggers audible and visual alarms to alert you if rate falls outside factory-set control tolerance or to signal end of timed run. (Audible alarm can be easily muted.) Retains setpoints in nonvolatile memory, so shakers will automatically restart when power is restored after interruption. With acceleration circuit that prevents sudden starts and minimizes splashing.
Easy to Use
Simply push function keys on the tactile-sensitive front-panel membrane to choose shaking speed and running time. Check your settings on the three-digit LED display; then, initiate shaking by pressing just one key. During agitation, the LED shows you current rate and time remaining; it can also give you a readout of the unit's accumulated running time.
Stable Agitation
The Innova 2000 uses the proven, triple eccentric-shaft Gyrotory drive for stable motion in a 3/4 in. diameter (19mm) orbit that imparts smooth, uniform and reproducible shaking to all samples.
