The GE Healthcare 2000 Surface Plasmon Resonance System is fully automated for unattended analysis of up to 192 samples and has a four-channel flow system. The four flow cells saves you time when screening large numbers of samples. It also makes it possible to perform multi-analyte determinations in single injections and to improve kinetic and concentration measurements by covering a range of surface ligand concentrations and contact times in one analysis.

A wider temperature range extends the scope of applications. Fast reactions can be analyzed at lower temperatures to slow the reaction down, and vice versa. Precise temperature control, excellent signal-to-noise characteristics, and the possibility to use one flow cell as an in-line reference cell makes the 2000 the most flexible and sensitive Biomolecular Interaction Analysis (BIA) system.

The 2000 GE Healthcare Surface Plasmon Resonance System may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
