The 16556A 100 MHz state and 400 MHz timing analysis module offers industry standard state and timing analysis features at an affordable price. With this module, there is no need to connect special probes to view timing activity. All channels perform either state or timing functions. The user can set up the analyzer to perform simultaneous, fully time-correlated state analysis on some channels and timing analysis on the rest.

The Keysight 16500 Series Logic Analyzers can be configured for your debug, characterization, or pass/fail testing applications. Start with this focused system, then expand it as your group's needs grow and evolve. The 16500's five card slots hold state/timing cards, timing cards, pattern generator cards, and digitizing oscilloscope cards . With the use of these cards together, measurements that could not be made with separate instruments are now possible. Other features include 9" Color touch-screen, pop up windows, and optional mouse , also includes two built-in floppy disc drives.

The 16556A Keysight Timing Logic Analyzer may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
