The Honeywell STR800 Series SmartLine Remote Diaphragm Seals are a series of high performance pressure transmitters hydraulically matched and optimized with a complete set of remote diaphragm seals. Utilizing the same high performance sensor technology of the ST 800 product line, Honeywell has optimized the mechanical and hydraulic designs in order to minimize the typical effects of temperature on remote seal systems. The SmartLine family is also fully tested and compliant with Experion PKS providing the highest level of compatibility assurance and integration capabilities. SmartLine easily meets the most demanding application needs for pressure measurement applications.

The SmartLine family of gauge pressure, differential pressure, and absolute pressure transmitters is designed around a high performance piezo-resistive sensor. This one sensor actually integrates multiple sensors linking process pressure measurement with on-board static pressure (DP Models) and temperature compensation measurements resulting in the best total performance available. This level of performance allows the ST 800 to replace virtually any competitive transmitter manufactured today.

Dual remote seal configuration with 10-foot armored capillaries enables measurement across vessels, tanks, or pipe sections while isolating transmitter electronics from process conditions. 3.5-inch flush-mounted diaphragms with 316L stainless steel wetted parts provide corrosion resistance. Explosion-proof aluminum housing suitable for hazardous area installation. Advanced local display provides process visualization and diagnostic information. Applications include level measurement in pressurized vessels, flow measurement across orifice plates, and filter differential pressure monitoring in chemical processing environments.
