The Control Concepts Islatrol Elite Series is a family of industrial power-line noise filters and surge suppressors designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from electrical noise, transients, and surge events. The series combines the high-frequency noise attenuation technology of the Islatrol product family with a multi-stage surge protection network to provide protection for PLCs, motion-control systems, industrial automation equipment, microprocessor-based devices, instrumentation, and OEM machinery.

The Islatrol Elite design utilizes a hybrid clamping network together with Control Concepts' Active Tracking Technology to suppress conducted electrical noise and transient overvoltage events. Protection is provided in all modes, including line-to-neutral, line-to-ground, and neutral-to-ground, while maintaining low response times and broad frequency attenuation performance.

The units are supplied in DIN-rail or flange-mount housings and include LED status indication as well as Form C contacts for remote monitoring. Models have been manufactured for 120 VAC and 240 VAC single-phase systems with continuous current ratings from 3 A through 20 A.

Attenuates differential and common-mode EMI while clamping surges up to 45 kA total with MCOV of 150 VRMS. Rated for continuous current of 3 A and configured for DIN rail mounting to small-form-factor enclosures. Improves equipment immunity to conducted disturbances and overvoltage events, enabling stable operation of sensitive electronics within standard AC mains environments.
