The MKS Instruments PWM Pulse Width Modulating Slice Module for Interfacing with Solid State Relays (SSR's) Module is a compact and high density solution for integrating Pulse Width Modulating outputs with the MKS Automation Platform PAC or CM modules, or with the MultiTherm 2000. Each PWM module supports 12 digital inputs and 12 PWM outputs. PWM outputs are typically used in temperature control applications, where the Pulse Width Modulating output interfaces to a Solid State Relay (SSR), which is driving a heater.
