Provides DC bias injection capability for active devices under test while maintaining RF/microwave signal path integrity. Combines DC voltage/current with AC signals through internal capacitive AC coupling and inductive DC feed networks. Features low insertion loss, high return loss, and broad frequency coverage typically from kHz to GHz range. Employs SMA or N-type coaxial connectors for RF ports and banana jack or BNC for DC input. Enables simultaneous DC biasing and RF signal measurement of amplifiers, transistors, and other active components in test setups.
