The ZETA6104 Drive can be configured by on-board switches to be any of the following models: ZETA6104-57-51, ZETA6104-57-83, ZETA6104-57-102, ZETA6104-83-62, ZETA6104-83-93, ZETA6104-83-135

The Parker/ZETA6000 Series products are stand-alone, single-axis drive/controller systems. They pack the power and reliability of the 6000 family of controllers and ZETA drives into one package that can perform phase shifts, electronic gearbox, and flying cutoff functionality with ease. Up to 99 ZETA6000 Series can be daisy chained (32 ZETA6000 can be multi-dropped using RS-485) to work together for multiple-axis applications. This Series includes 4 power versions: ZETA6104, ZETA6104-240, ZETA6108, and ZETA6112.

The ZETA6000 Series include the following features:
  • One axis package drive/controller
  • Active Damping benefits:
    • Damping ratios of up to 0.5
    • Higher acceleration than conventional step systems
    • Decrease motor vibration
    • Increase shaft power
    • Higher performance
  • Electronic Viscosity benefits:
    • Reduce settling time
    • Increase slower speed smoothness (reduce velocity ripple)
    • Reduce audible noise
  • Motor short circuits (phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground)
  • Power dump (dissipates excess voltage caused by load regeneration)
  • 16 programmable inputs (Opto-22 compatible)
  • 8 programmable outputs (Opto-22 compatible)
  • One auxiliary programmable output
