Excellent parameter stability during loading and unloading at 37°C, with less than 0.05°C and 0.6% rH fluctuation, virtually eliminates recovery times and minimizes assay variance. The Cytomat 2 C has storage for up to 42 standard microplate, a temperature range of Ta+8 °C to 50 °C and a humidity level of up to 95%rH.
A single point of integration creates an extremely robot-friendly design, as the robot only needs to be taught one position for plate retrieval. The small access door and Scientific Plate ShuttleTM system allow microplates to enter and exit the unit in seconds, significantly minimizing disruption to the controlled environment and virtually eliminating recovery times. The Plate Shuttle system and access door handle all standard microplate formats including deep-well plates.
