The Pulseroller ConveyLinx ERSC Family of Conveyor Controllers consists of intelligent, networked conveyor controllers designed to operate 24 VDC motorized roller conveyor systems. These controllers provide out-of-the-box zero-pressure accumulation (ZPA) functionality while also supporting advanced automation, PLC integration, and system-wide Ethernet networking.
Each ConveyLinx ERSC controller is capable of controlling one or two conveyor zones, managing motor speed, direction, braking, and sensor inputs locally while communicating status and commands over industrial Ethernet networks. The system dramatically reduces PLC programming requirements by handling conveyor motion logic directly at the zone level.
The Pulseroller ConveyLinx HTF-E Conveyor Controller may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Controls conveyor belt operations in extreme cold environments down to -30°C with enhanced motor control capabilities including Boost-8 mode for high torque applications. Provides variable speed control, motor protection, and system monitoring for conveyor systems operating under high mechanical loads in freezer facilities. Interfaces with facility control systems through standard industrial communication protocols and includes safety interlocks for emergency stops and fault detection in harsh temperature conditions.
