ELSD 2000:

The Grace Davison / Alltech ELSD 2000 (Evaporative Light Scattering Detector) is designed for use with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems to analyze any compound that has sufficiently lower volatility than the mobile phase. Some of its possible application areas include the analysis of carbohydrates, pharmaceuticals, lipids, triglycerides, underivitized fatty and amino acids, polymers, surfactants, nutraceuticals, and combinatorial libraries.

ELSD 2000ES:

The Grace Davison / Alltech ELSD 2000ES has all the benefits of the ELSD 2000 plus even greater sensitivity. The optical and electronic components have been redesigned to minimize background noise and increase sensitivity. The result of this technology is lower detection limits and greater signal-to-noise ratios.

The Grace Davison ELSD 2000ES Evaporative Light Scattering Detector may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
