The Sealevel Systems SeaI/O-520U USB to (8) Isolated Inputs/(8) High-Current Form C Relay Outputs Module provides (8) optically isolated inputs and (8) (SPDT) high-current Form C relay outputs via any USB connection with the SeaI/O-520U. Inputs can range from 5-30VDC and optical isolation protects the computer and other sensitive equipment from voltage transients and ground loops that are common in industrial environments. The high-current Form C relays can switch up to 6A loads at 250VAC and up to 5A at 30VDC. Form C relays can be wired for either normally open or normally closed operation. The SeaI/O-520U is powered from your 9-30VDC source, or select from a variety of Sealevel power supply options.
Expand your I/O network with SeaI/O N-series products. SeaI/O modules are manufactured with Reed and Form C relays, optically isolated inputs, TTL interfaces, A/D and D/A functionality. Up to 246 additional expansion modules can be added using convenient pass-through connectors.
The SeaI/O-520U integrates Sealevel's SeaLATCH locking USB port, which is fully compatible with standard USB cables. When used with the included USB cable with a SeaLATCH USB type B connector, the metal thumbscrew provides a secure connection to the device and prevents accidental cable disconnection.
