The Atlas Suntest CPS / CPS+ Xenon Test Instrument use air-cooled xenon lamps to simulate UV and visible solar radiation. The units come in either manual (CPS) or automated (CPS+) models. The Suntest series reproduces the degradation process and resulting damage that occurs naturally in a laboratory under accelerated and reproducible conditions. The Xenon instruments are perfect for R&D testing of new material for various environments, for standardized quality control or pharmaceutical drug development. The CPS / CPS+ are the smallest of the Suntest products.
The Ametek Suntest CPS+ Xenon Test Instrument may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
