The Automation Direct / PLC Direct DirectLogic 405 Modular Programmable Logic Controllers are compact PLC devices that come in a variety of configurations. The DL405 product family is one of the most versatile and widely accepted PLCs used for medium control applications. The CPUs are small, yet powerful. Their modular design and expansion capability blend well witH today's fast-moving industry. The built-in PID control is used to closely control processes such as temperature, mixture, position, and velocity. A control system wit local/distributed I/O of up to 3,500 points is possible.

The JTEKT Electronics D4-450 CPU Module may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
