The Ribbon / Performance Technologies / Ziatech ZT 6501 Single Board Computer Module is a single board computer that is factory configured to operate with the 266 MHz Intel Low-Power Embedded PentiumĀ® processor. The ZT 6501 board meets the needs of a wide range of industrial control and processing applications by operating in a 3U CompactPCI backplane that supports up to seven peripheral devices. In addition, on-board high speed peripherals include serial, parallel, floppy and EIDE interfaces. CompactPCI boards used with the ZT 6501 can be any combination of CompactPCI bus mastering devices. The maximum CompactPCI speed supported by the ZT 6501 is 33 MHz.
The Ribbon ZT 6501B-1A01 cPCI Single Board Computer may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
