The ADLINK PXES-2590 is a 3U PXI Express chassis designed for automated test, measurement, data acquisition, research, validation, and industrial applications requiring high-bandwidth PXI instrumentation. The chassis is compliant with the PXI-5 PXI Express Hardware Specification Rev. 1.0 and provides a flexible platform supporting PXI Express, CompactPCI Express, PXI, and CompactPCI modules through its all-hybrid slot architecture.
The PXES-2590 incorporates a four-link PXI Express backplane architecture delivering up to 8 GB/s system bandwidth and up to 2 GB/s bandwidth per peripheral slot. Intelligent chassis management functions monitor temperature, cooling fan operation, and power status while supporting remote chassis power control and health monitoring.
Designed for both bench-top and rack-mount deployments, the chassis utilizes a high-capacity cooling system and industrial-grade power supply while providing synchronized timing capability through rear-panel 10 MHz reference clock input and output connections.
The Adlink PXES-2590 9-Slot PXI Express Chassis may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
