The TDS600 Series provides the user with excellent single shot accuracy for multi-channel, high speed signal characterization.

In addition to the above applications, the TDS 600 Series can be used in telecommunications/datacommunications, transient event capture, high energy physics, and digital design characterization and verification; also, the TDS 600 Series is an ideal choice for acquiring, displaying, and measuring waveforms.
