Functions
Measures vacuum pressure and gas pressure within a defined range, providing accurate readings through a diaphragm mechanism that flexes proportionally to pressure changes. Features a transducer that converts mechanical displacement to electrical signals, allowing integration with monitoring systems. Designed for semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical processing, or laboratory applications requiring precise pressure monitoring. Compatible with corrosive gases and able to maintain accuracy in challenging environments.
