TMS470, OMAP,
DaVinci). As well, The SPI515 JTAG variable voltage interface senses target power and adjusts input and output levels (+1 to +5 V). The SPI515 provides portable operation, no
adapter card required,
communicates to host via
standard parallel port, LPT1,
(SPP8, EPP, ECP up) to 1
Mbyte/sec transfer rate).

Functions
Provides JTAG boundary scan testing and debugging interface for embedded processors and DSPs. Enables real-time code execution control, breakpoint setting, memory access, and register manipulation through IEEE 1149.1 compliant interface. Connects to target system via standard 14-pin JTAG header and host PC through parallel port interface. Supports program download, flash programming, and system initialization. Operates from external 5V power supply. Compatible with Code Composer Studio IDE for software development and debugging. Commonly used for firmware development, hardware verification, production testing, and field diagnostics of digital signal processors and microcontroller-based systems.
