Multi-channel serial communication interface board providing 15 independent RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 ports for simultaneous data acquisition from multiple serial devices. Integrates with modular DAQ systems via high-speed backplane connection. Features configurable baud rates up to 921.6 kbps per channel, hardware flow control, and galvanic isolation. Enables synchronous sampling of serial sensor data including GPS receivers, IMUs, weather stations, and industrial instrumentation. Supports protocol parsing for NMEA, Modbus, and custom formats. Ideal for vehicle testing, aerospace telemetry, and distributed sensor network applications requiring time-aligned serial data streams.
