The Themis RES-32DCX 3U Rugged Enterprise Server combines the robust design of its Rugged Enterprise Server (RES) family with Xeon Dual and Quad core 64-bit processors. The rugged RES-32DCX reflects Themis' extensive expertise designing high performance systems for use in demanding environments. This system combines Intel Dual and Quad Core Xeon processors, the Intel 5000X (Greencreek) chipset, with Themis' advanced thermal and mechanical design techniques. The RES-32DCX achieves I/O configuration flexibility and provides high reliability in shock and vibration environments of up to 25G.

The RES-32DCX can be configured with one or two Intel Dual or Quad Core Xeon processors. Featuring multiple expansion slots, extensive high speed I/O, and multiple storage options, the RES-32DCX allows users versatile configurability and system expansion. The RES-32DCX is easily expanded through the addition of commercially available, off the shelf networking cards, I/O, peripherals and other value-added options to meet current and future system requirements.

The Mercury Computer Systems RES-32DCX 3U Rugged Enterprise Server may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
