The L-3 / Narda / Miteq DB0218LW2/A1 Double-Balanced Mixers are constructed of a balanced diode quad fed by microstrip RF and LO baluns and a
DC-coupled IF structure. The construction, coupled with the hermetic packing, provides for high inherent reliability
and performance over an extremely broad frequency range. This device performs as an up- or downconverter covering most EW bands, utility testing and breadboard applications.
The Miteq DB0218LW2 Double-Balanced Mixer may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Performs frequency conversion via a double-balanced architecture, mixing RF and LO signals within a 2 to 18 GHz range to generate an IF output from DC to 750 MHz. Operates with a local oscillator drive level of +7 to +13 dBm, providing high port-to-port isolation and low spurious signal generation. Features a typical conversion loss of 6.5 dB. Suitable for up-conversion and down-conversion applications in broadband systems.
