The XPS Nexus platform serves as the central control unit for supported handpieces and associated peripherals, providing power management, speed control, irrigation functionality, and automatic accessory recognition. The compact design incorporates an integrated irrigation system, front-panel controls, and compatibility with a variety of Nexus-platform components.
The Medtronic XPS Nexus ENT Power Console may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Power and control console for ENT surgical handpieces with automatic handpiece recognition and integrated irrigation pump. Provides 100-240V AC input at 50/60 Hz, up to 180 VA, supplying regulated electrical power and control signals to compatible handpieces. Front-panel interface with status display supports parameter adjustment, monitoring, and mode selection. Mounting hardware allows rear pole/clamp installation. Designed to support synchronized handpiece operation, irrigation flow, and system readiness indicators for ENT procedures.
