The QuadTech Guardian 1000 Series is a family of programmable hipot testers designed for electrical safety testing in production, laboratory, and compliance environments. The modular design supports multiple configurations across the 1000 Series, including models for AC hipot, combined AC/DC hipot, and advanced systems with insulation resistance and multi-point scanning capabilities. The platform delivers reliable and repeatable measurement performance with programmable test parameters and automated test sequencing.

Functions
Eight-channel high-voltage platform enabling multi-port insulation and dielectric withstand testing in a single setup. Provides AC hipot testing from 50 to 5000 V AC with 1 V resolution and DC hipot testing from 50 to 6000 V DC with 1 V resolution. Delivers insulation-resistance measurements from 0.1 MO to 50 GO with DC test voltages up to 1000 V. Peak output currents are 30 mA for AC and 10 mA for DC. Suitable for validating insulation integrity, leakage characterization, and multi-port device screening in synchronized test sequences.
