The Teradyne M917 series channel cards provide 64 digital channels with multiple rates of slew control. Each channel card also has a reference ground input and uses four 50-pin ribbon-cable headers to establish connections.
The Teradyne M917-02 64-Channel Card may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Functions
Provides 64 independent digital input/output channels for automated test equipment applications. Interfaces with test systems through high-speed backplane connections to enable parallel testing of multiple device under test pins simultaneously. Features programmable voltage levels, current limiting, and timing control for each channel. Supports digital pattern generation, capture, and comparison operations with nanosecond timing resolution. Includes built-in parametric measurement capabilities for continuity, leakage current, and voltage threshold testing across all channels.
