The Teradyne M917 series channel cards provide 64 digital channels with multiple rates of slew control. Each channel card also has a reference ground input and uses four 50-pin ribbon-cable headers to establish connections.
The Teradyne M917-02 64-Channel Card may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Functions
Provides 64 independent channels for high-speed digital signal generation and acquisition in automated test equipment applications. Features programmable voltage levels, timing control, and pattern generation capabilities for semiconductor device testing. Interfaces with mainframe test systems through high-bandwidth backplane connections. Supports per-pin parametric measurement, driver/comparator functionality, and real-time pattern execution. Enables parallel testing of multiple device pins with nanosecond timing resolution and programmable load conditions.
