Features:
- Ranges: ± 25 Microns to ± 500 Microns Full Scale, Depending on Probe Selection
- Frequency Response: Jumper Selectable Filtering: 1kHz, 5kHz, 20kHz, 100kHz
- Linearity: Typically 0.1% of Full-Scale
- Resolution: 1 Nanometer RMS @ 100 kHz Bandwidth
- Accepts Any Type of MicroSense Rack Mount Demodulator (5800 or 4800 Series)
- Input Voltage: 100-240 VAC
The MicroSense II Model 5300 Multi-Channel Displacement Measurement System provides up to 4 independent, non-contact displacement measurement sensors in a single, easy to carry console. It is designed for high precision, non-contact displacement measurement of high speed, moving, rotating, or vibrating devices using ADE's latest sub-nanometer resolution capacitance technology.
Differential analog outputs are available via a DB25 connector on the rear panel or via BNC connectors on the front of each channel for easy connection to digital oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and computer based A/D boards. The MicroSense II can be used with any grounded, conductive target - material or surface finish has no effect on accuracy.
