Pfeiffer Vacuum TSF 012 Venting Valve Overview

The Pfeiffer Vacuum TCP 015 / TCP 035Electronic Drive Units serve to drive Pfeiffer Vacuum turbomolecular pumps with single phase direct current motors (1500 Hz). With the aid of a transformer the mains voltage is reduced to 32 V, rectified and provides the drive energy for the Print Module TCP 035 which is an element of the TCP 015. The switchable transformer power pack covers the following input voltage ranges: 90-112 V, 108-133 V, 198-245 V, 216-267 V AC. The TCP can be operated in conjunction with Pumping Station Control Unit TCS 015 to operate a pumping station with backing pump.

The Pfeiffer Vacuum TSF 012 Venting Valve may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
