This Ingersoll Rand 99388019 Spindle Control Module is used and in excellent condition.
The Spindle Control Module (SCM) is the heart of the INSIGHT 6 Torque Management system. The SCM is a computer mated to several specialized circuit boards, that work together to control each DC motor spindle. It will monitor the spindle’s performance during fasterner tightening, and signal the operator if the fastening has been performed correctly. Each SCM in the INSIGHT 6 controls one spindle.

The Ingersoll Rand INSIGHT PFS6 Torque Management System is used in multi-spindle applications. This controller can control individual separate tools or multi-spindles in any combination up to a maximum of six in total. The Insight 6 controller features an easy to install back-plane which can be mounted in place to accept incoming power and control lines.
It has the same tightening algorithms available in the Insight IC controllers. The compact two-line display allows programming from the front panel keypad. Downloading saved programs via PC is also available. Large tightening cycle status lights make for easy viewing by the operator.
