The Stanley Assembly Technologies QPM Gamma Controller is a compact servo drive unit for controlling and monitoring QPM DC electric nutrunners.
The Stanley Assembly Technologies QPM Sigma Interface controls and provides communications for one to 12 single spindle Alpha Controllers used to control and monitor QPM DC electric nutrunners.
The Stanley Assembly Technologies QPM Epsilon Module provides visual indications of process status through interface to the production line PLC. Each module typically includes a mode select switch, reset pushbutton, call button, red, yellow, green indicator lights and an audio alarm. Proximity or limit switch inputs can include Part Entry, Part Exit and a warning position. Other available inputs are remote stop, start and reverse. Dry contacts can interface to the line PLC In Cycle and Line Stop outputs. Other outputs available at the Sigma Interface I/O connector include Job OK, High Torque, Low Torque, High Angle, Low Angle, Equipment Failure, Reset, Bypass, and Call.
The Stanley Assembly Technologies SG-Delta-203-001 Alpha Controller may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
