Melles Griot 17PCW012 3-Channel Piezoelectric Controller Overview
Features:
- Inverting and Non-Inverting Inputs Allow for Inclusion and Closed-Loop Systems
- Continuous Monitoring of Each Channel Via Front Panel LCD Displays
- IEEE-488 Interface with Select Models
The Melles Griot 3-Channel Piezoelectric Controllers are designed to provide remote or programmed control of open-loop piezoelectric actuators. The high-output current ensures maximum dynamic performance with a range of actuators and the internal amplifiers are designed to generate minimum noise, thereby reducing noise-equivalent motion and increasing positioning resolution. Controller stability is enhanced by optimizing to open-loop bandwidth between 0 and 10 kHz, the electro-mechanical operating range for piezoelectric stacks. Select models include the IEEE-488 Interface with three 16-bit digital-to-analog converters, three 16-bit analog-to-digital converters, and a digital I/O port.
The Melles Griot 17PCW012 3-Channel Piezoelectric Controller may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
