The ProStar 410 AutoSampler offers the best of both worlds. It is intelligent for research applications yet rugged enough for routine quality control work. With Pressure Assisted Sampling Aspiration (PASA), the 410 AutoSampler applies pressure within the vial while the sample is withdrawn by a high-resolution syringe. Air bubbles and in-vial vacuum problems are eliminated resulting in excellent reproducibility.
The 410 AutoSampler’s three injection modes combine flexibility, ease-of-use, and precision. Choose from:
Full Loop — Overfills the sample loop for maximum precision.
Partial Loop — Program variable injection volumes easily.
Microliter Pickup — Withdraws the exact amount to be injected without sample loss.
The compact design with integrated column oven saves bench space. Access to the syringe, injector, and needle is easy with the lift-up front panel. The electronic GLP log book tracks syringe, injector, and needle information for timely, preventive maintenance.
The ProStar 420 Varian HPLC Autosampler may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
